The X-Ray Diffractometer (X 'PERT PRO model of PANalytical) provides the qualitative analysis of materials to identify the different mineral phases in  granular , powder or massive solid samples. It can also perform semi-quantitative mineralogical analysis, to estimate the concentration percentage of the different phases. This analysis is very important to perform checks on raw materials.
